What do we need?
We are looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of business and technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, milestones are achieved, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
What are we looking for?
Assist in planning, managing, and delivering projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams.
Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Facilitate project meetings and document action items and follow-ups.
Monitor project progress and escalate risks or blockers when necessary.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities.
Support resource planning and coordination across teams.
Help improve project management processes and team collaboration practices.
Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
What will you do?
2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology companies.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus
