What you'll be doing:

BDM will be responsible in achieving targets set for his/her portfolio by managing the Sales Leaders and Representatives, creating his/her own SL group, and ensuring growth especially in Net Sales.

Key responsibilities:

BDM will be assigned in Baguio to handle Sales Leaders and Representatives in Baguio, Agoo, and San Fernando, La Union.

BDM will be responsible to create his/her own Sales Leader network - hiring, developing, and activating of own downline.

BDM will also be responsible to manage the current portfolio of Sales Leaders and Representatives in his/her assigned location by growing their NET SALES through continuous development of assigned KPIs especially in Rep Count, Active Reps, and Gold+ Reps.
