Responsibilities:
- Management and follow-up of general service supplier contracts for all French offices
- Control and payment of supplier invoices
- Control and order of office supplies & furniture
- Follow up, organizing and overseeing all regular and occasional maintenance of office
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the company car fleet (approximately 180 cars). This includes managing insurance, providing support to employees about car, managing fuel cards and parking, etc...
- Managing mobile phones - contracts, providing support to employees, managing invoices...
Requirements:
- Experience on same or similar role 3-5 years, experience in fleet management / Facilities management is desirable
- Fluency in English language (oral and written) is mandatory, Spanish is advantage
- Valid drivers license is mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- We are looking for autonomous, adaptable, organized team player
