Job Summary


The Project Coordinator’s main function will be to collaborate and assist Project Managers to execute projects. Also, PCs could be assigned to lead less complicated projects and should be able to track/monitor a projects' progress, gather necessary resources, create reports, and present findings to the executive team on a regular basis.


Job Responsibilities


  1. Support Project Management Office (“PMO”) in coordinating and directing projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals, and directing the integration of technical activities.
  1. Assist PMs in formalizing the project status report to understand current status and workflows.
  1. Manage and communicate comprehensive scheduling status across projects to the departments involved.
  1. Managing the ERP BOM for all projects by collaborating with Engineering to ensure the Master BOM is up to date.
  1. Assist with change management and NCR processes via Visual and with communication to the departments involved in changes.
  1. Assist with PMO and company improvement initiatives.
  1. Create and maintain detailed KPIs and variance reports, comparing actual cost vs. budgeted expenses for all projects.
  1. Create reports for PM and other departments as required.
  1. Take on other activities, as required.

Job Requirements

  1. College Diploma or University graduateinEngineering or Business Administration,or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  1. Demonstrate competence in Creativity, Innovation, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Organization,and Planning.
  1. Advancedexperience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Project) and ERP Systems, preferenceforVisual Manufacturing.
  1. Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills.
