Your Role:
The Manager, Formulation & Manufacturing Support is a front-line operations leader responsible for driving execution excellence across formulation and manufacturing support functions within a GMP environment. This role is accountable for building structure, developing supervisors, and ensuring disciplined, right-first-time execution of manufacturing support activities, including formulation, equipment readiness, scheduling alignment, and batch record ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing supervisors to drive accountability and execution discipline
- Ensure schedule adherence and maintain operational efficiency
- Own batch readiness including equipment, materials, documentation, and area setup
- Ensure full GMP compliance including deviations, CAPAs, and documentation
- Serve as Manufacturing interface with MSAT, Quality, Supply Chain, and clients
- Drive continuous improvement using structured problem-solving (DMAIC, Lean)
- Directly manage two Manufacturing Supervisors and indirectly support manufacturing support personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
- 5+ years GMP manufacturing support experience
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Strong experience in GMP compliance, batch records, and deviation management

In this dynamic role, expect a blend of regular activities like sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional physically engaging tasks such as lifting objects up to 25 pounds. The work environment might expose you to electrical shocks, toxic chemicals, vibrations, or loud noise levels occasionally.
