Our mission at Avelios is to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. THE TEAM AND ROLE

As an Intern People Strategy (all genders), you will join our People Strategy & Projects team driving the people agenda behind Avelios' growth. You will contribute to high impact people projects that shape how the company scales, and own smaller projects end to end, from first concept to implementation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the projects that shape how Avelios scales: high impact people projects such as performance management, compensation, or HRIS implementation.

  • Own projects end to end: take full ownership of people initiatives from conceptualization to implementation, including stakeholder alignment and rollout.

  • Keep our people processes running: support and standardize our operational backbone of recurring people processes, by tracking, analyzing and preparing follow-up measures that turn results into action.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Studying at a top tier university in business, economics, or similar

  • First experience in consulting, or hands-on project management experience in a fast paced environment such as a scale-up or start-up

  • Structured, analytical way of working with a high bar for the quality of your own output

  • Fluency in German and English
