Founding Account Executive

Los Angeles +2 · On-site$150k – $150k + EquityNo Visa Sponsorship

About this role

We are looking for a Founding Account Executive with 4+ years of closing experience to join Avallon as one of the first two AEs and help turn strong early demand into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine. You'll be selling AI agents into some of the largest insurance carriers and TPAs in the world, owning deals end-to-end from prospecting through close. Avallon went from zero to seven figures of ARR in 12 months out of YC and is growing 3X quarter over quarter — this is an inflection point with massive earning potential. You'll work directly alongside the founders in their SoHo office, shaping the sales playbook from the ground up. This is for a high-agency, top-performing seller who thrives without structure and wants to build something meaningful.

What will you be doing?

Generating demand through conferences (12-15/year), outbound prospecting, and leveraging inbound interest to build pipeline

Owning the full sales cycle end-to-end — from lead generation through demos, pilots, and closing enterprise deals

Selling into Fortune 500 insurance carriers and TPAs, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a highly regulated environment

Traveling to meet prospects in person and representing Avallon at industry conferences

Helping define the ICP, sales motion, and playbook that future reps will scale
