About this role

We’re looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to join our growing Solutions team at AutoStore. In this customer-facing role, you will be a key technical advisor to customers, partners, and strategic accounts, supporting opportunities through technical analysis, simulations, system design, and solution recommendations. You will also play an important role in developing partner knowledge and helping customers understand how AutoStore fits into their wider logistics operations.

You will join a small regional team where you can take ownership and have a real impact on how we develop the market. At the same time, you will have the support of our Worldwide Solutions team and work closely with Commercial, Product, and R&D teams across AutoStore. The role gives you the freedom to help shape how Solutions supports the region, backed by the expertise and resources of a global organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design process for AutoStore opportunities, translating customer requirements into validated solutions through operational analysis, material flow modelling, simulations, 3D renderings, and customer presentations.

  • Develop expertise in AutoStore technology, products, and integration strategies, applying your wider warehouse and logistics knowledge to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.

  • Support strategic and enterprise opportunities by developing validated concepts, providing ROM estimates and ROI input, and acting as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

  • Educate and enable customers and partners through training, technical support, product updates, and best-practice guidance, helping partners independently develop successful AutoStore solutions.

  • Travel within APAC as required for customer, partner, and internal engagements, with flexibility to work across different time zones.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in solution design, technical consulting, warehouse automation, intralogistics, or a related customer-facing technical environment.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate operational data and customer requirements into scalable and commercially viable solutions.

  • Experience developing customer-facing solution proposals using simulations, visualisations, cost estimates, and structured technical material.

  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience supporting commercial teams and strategic customer opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

  • Experience with warehouse and logistics operations, ideally including ASRS, material flow, sorting, packaging, or related technologies.

  • Collaborative and customer-focused approach, comfortable working across regional teams and providing training and technical guidance to partners and other stakeholders.

We offer:

  • A Collaborative & Inclusive Culture where we celebrate and value everyone’s contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.

  • Work-Life Balance & Well-being: prioritizing your mental and physical well-being.

  • A Creative and Safe Workplace by joining a company experiencing rapid growth, with the stability of being Norway’s first unicorn listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

  • International and Supportive Environment within a Norwegian multinational that values collaboration and innovation with a structured onboarding plan and career opportunities within the company

Founded in Norway in 1995, we've grown from a bold idea into a global technology company pioneering warehouse automation and intelligent fulfillment. Today, nearly 1,950 AutoStore systems operate across more than 60 countries, helping businesses maximize space, improve performance, and stay ready for whatever comes next.
What started as a breakthrough in storage density has evolved into something much bigger. By combining robotics, software, cloud technology, data, and AI, we help organizations create fulfillment operations that are more efficient, more resilient, and more adaptable to changing demand.

Our cube-based automated storage and retrieval system eliminates wasted space while enabling faster, more accurate order fulfillment. Built to scale and designed for flexibility, our technology works seamlessly with existing warehouse ecosystems and grows alongside our customers.

As we continue to innovate, we're expanding beyond automation into Intelligent Fulfillment. Through platforms like CubeVerse™ and AutoStore Intelligence™, we're connecting automation, software, and AI to help businesses unlock new levels of performance, visibility, and operational insight.

We continue to grow as a global community of employees, partners, customers, suppliers, and connected technologies. By listening closely to that community, we develop solutions that solve real-world challenges and create lasting value.

Because automation should do more than move products. It should help people work smarter, businesses grow faster, and supply chains become more resilient.
