Warranty Quality Engineer
About this role
We are looking for a Warranty Quality Engineer to lead warranty-related quality activities, support root cause analysis, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of product performance and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Lead warranty investigations and problem-solving activities, identifying root causes and driving effective corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, and customer quality teams to improve product reliability and reduce warranty-related issues.
Monitor quality performance metrics, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and experience in automotive manufacturing or quality environments.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing processes, customer requirements, and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, PDCA, or similar.
Experience conducting audits, leading cross-functional investigations, and communicating effectively in English.
