Shift Leader

In this role you will be responsible for leading and overseeing production operations to ensure compliance with Autoliv's safety, quality, and performance standards. You will manage daily production activities, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to achieve efficient, stable, and sustainable manufacturing performance.

Ensure production activities are executed in accordance with Autoliv standards, procedures, and performance expectations.
Plan, organize, coordinate, and control production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
Promote and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality requirements across the production area.
Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to address deviations and improve results.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and maintaining stable production performance.
If you have/are:
Lead and coordinate daily production operations, ensuring resources are effectively allocated across AMTs to meet production priorities and customer requirements.
Manage production planning and workflow adjustments, balancing customer demand, internal material flows, line constraints, backlog, and operational priorities.
Facilitate operational meetings and communication routines, including Gemba, SQDCM, start-up, handover, and continuous improvement meetings to drive alignment and performance.
Resolve production issues and support escalation management, coordinating resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Drive performance and continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring key production targets, tracking improvement activities, and participating in problem-solving processes, including corrective action and 8D investigations.
