In this role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely month-end close activities, managing a team, resolving complex intercompany issues, and supporting the integrity of financial results through effective coordination with global stakeholders.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

  • Lead and oversee intercompany accounting operations, ensuring timely reconciliations, balance settlements, and accurate recording of intercompany transactions across multiple entities.

  • Review and approve intercompany reconciliations, identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

  • Manage month-end close activities related to intercompany accounting, ensuring deadlines are met and transactions are properly reconciled and reported.

  • Monitor and coordinate intercompany balance settlements, ensuring outstanding balances are cleared efficiently and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the intercompany team, driving process improvements, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

     If you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial and accounting principles.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in intercompany accounting, including account reconciliations, balance settlements, AP/AR, month-end close, financial reporting, and team leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and/or US GAAP) and their application to intercompany transactions and financial reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial management tools, with experience in OneStream and BlackLine preferred, as well as strong Excel and financial analysis skills.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex intercompany discrepancies, drive process improvements, and collaborate across multiple entities and functions.
