Quality Supervisor
About this role
We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead quality activities within a manufacturing value stream, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality systems while driving operational excellence and a zero-defect culture.
What You'll Do
Lead product and process quality activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing quality methodologies and data analysis to improve performance and prevent defects.
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Customer Quality teams to achieve SQDCM objectives and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Engineering, with experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 preferred) and advanced English proficiency.
