Quality Supervisor
What you’ll do:
•Ensure compliance with customer requirements, maintaining Customer Scorecard GREEN and successful completion of MPA and AS67 audits on time.
•Lead internal and external audits, implement quality tools, and monitor action plans to reduce claims, scrap, and defects (ZD, Jidoka, MPS, LPV, etc.).
•Drive the implementation of all Autoliv standards (ALV), fostering a cultural transformation towards quality excellence and ensuring stabilized customer IPB.
What is required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields, with minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
•Advanced English proficiency and solid knowledge of quality tools and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
•Availability to work in shifts to monitor, support, and train the team as needed.
