Quality Manager
About this role
We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead the plant Quality function, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and zero defects.
What You'll Do
Lead the plant quality strategy, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949 standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality management systems.
Drive operational excellence through quality performance management, continuous improvement initiatives, audit readiness, and defect prevention programs.
Partner with customers, OEMs, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, strengthen customer satisfaction, and support sustainable business growth
What We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Engineering; Master's Degree or postgraduate studies in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Management are preferred.
Proven leadership experience in Quality within an automotive manufacturing environment, including customer-facing quality management and OEM interaction.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits, IATF 16949, and advanced English proficiency.
