Production Quality Technician
About this role
Autoliv's primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Production Quality Technician.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Perform product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and Control Plans.
Conduct inspections, process validations, and quality checks.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities.
Initiate containment actions and manage non-conforming products/materials.
Support sorting, rework, segregation, and traceability activities.
Participate in problem-solving using 8D, 5 Why, QRQC, and Ishikawa methodologies.
Monitor corrective and preventive actions and support continuous improvement.
Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA) and support start-up and changeover validations.
Assist with PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC activities, and audit preparation.
Train operators on quality requirements and escalate critical quality issues when necessary.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
roduct and Process Auditing.
Control Plan verification and PFMEA awareness.
SPC and MSA fundamentals.
Quality inspection techniques.
Non-conformity management.
IATF 16949 basics.
Problem-solving tools: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa.
Good knowledge of English and French
