Mechanical Engineering and Design Advanced Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for developing production machines taking reference machines already made and validated, also to support different areas of MQT with design activities like making drawings and purchasing.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Design and develop manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with facility requirements, process specifications, and established engineering standards.
Ensure compliance with machine and process standards, including MPS, EPS, AS, SOW, and other applicable engineering and manufacturing requirements.
Provide technical support throughout the entire machine development lifecycle, from concept and design through build, testing, installation, and implementation.
Create and maintain machine designs and technical documentation, including engineering drawings and records within the PDM database, following machine build standards.
Manage equipment build activities and component procurement, ensuring all required materials, technologies, and purchased parts are available to support project timelines and successful machine delivery.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, with strong machine design and equipment development experience.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with global teams and suppliers.
Valid U.S. Visa and Passport, with the ability to travel internationally as required for project support and equipment implementation.
Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and developing automated machinery and equipment, including technologies such as robots, servomotors, magnetic tables, and other industrial automation systems.
