Lean Manufacturing Engineer, APS
About this role

In this role you will be responsible for
Lead end-to-end Lean transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing high-impact opportunities to improve productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and optimize operational performance.
Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM/VSD) analyses to drive process flow improvements, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency across production systems.
Apply advanced industrial engineering methodologies, including time and motion studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, and capacity modeling to maximize operational effectiveness.
Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops while serving as a Lean expert, promoting standardization, Lean culture, and sustainable performance improvements throughout the organization.
If you bring...
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in manufacturing and operational excellence principles.
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, data analysis, and KPI reporting.
Advanced English communication skills and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities
