In this role you will be responsible for      

  • Lead end-to-end Lean transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing high-impact opportunities to improve productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and optimize operational performance.

  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM/VSD) analyses to drive process flow improvements, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency across production systems.

  • Apply advanced industrial engineering methodologies, including time and motion studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, and capacity modeling to maximize operational effectiveness.

  • Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops while serving as a Lean expert, promoting standardization, Lean culture, and sustainable performance improvements throughout the organization.

If you bring...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in manufacturing and operational excellence principles.

  • Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, data analysis, and KPI reporting.

  • Advanced English communication skills and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities
