Engineer
About this role

In this role you will be responsible for driving customer quality excellence by leading the resolution of customer concerns. You will need to deliver effective solutions, continuous quality improvements, and excellent customer support to achieve quality and business objectives.

It ensures that all customer requirements are respected and promoted within the organization.
Manages all aspects of complaints received from the client and drive root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)
Gathers and prepares the traceability information required by the customer.
Analyze customer returns, warranty claims, and quality performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, industry standards, and internal quality procedures.
Support internal and external audits and customer visits.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and production teams to resolve quality concerns.
Monitor quality KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Prepare and present quality reports, action plans, and customer responses.
Participate in new product launches and ensure customer quality requirements are met.
If you have/are:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related field).
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or quality environment (internship experience may be considered).
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies: 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP.
Computer operating knowledge - Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) - advanced level; general knowledge of production, process, quality. Technical drawing knowledge is an advantage.
Advanced English level (C1/C2).
