Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to take charge of our warehouse operations during the night shift. If you are highly organized, excel at people management, prioritize KPIs and safety, and thrive in a dynamic logistics environment, this role is for you. You will be a crucial leader on the floor, ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of our warehouse operations while the rest of the world sleeps.

  • Operational Leadership: Lead and coordinate warehouse teams during day shifts to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and deploy personnel effectively according to current operational needs and workflow demands.
  • KPI Management: Supervise task execution in strict alignment with established standards, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • System Accuracy: Monitor operational data and ensure high levels of system accuracy utilizing AWS or an equivalent Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal company policies across the shift.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Quality and Planning teams to maintain a seamless operational workflow.
  • Returns Management: Oversee the warehouse returns process in accordance with established company standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to operational issues as they arise, providing hands-on support on the warehouse floor when required.
  • Facility & Equipment: Monitor the condition of warehouse equipment and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.

Qualifications

  • Secondary or higher education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effective team management.
  • High sense of responsibility, independence, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite and practical familiarity with WMS or ERP systems.
  • Willingness to work night shifts within a shift-based operational schedule.
  • Fluent Polish and communicative English skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the e-commerce sector or within fast-paced distribution centers.
  • Proven experience directly managing larger teams of 20+ employees.
  • Knowledge of the Russian or Ukrainian language.
