Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Quality Management (m/f/d) to assess, monitor, and continuously enhance product quality. In this role, you will identify and drive quality improvement initiatives, ensure compliance of Private Brands products with EU regulatory requirements, and make sure all products consistently meet or exceed customer performance expectations. 

What you will do: 

  • Prepare product requirements for suppliers and relevant internal departments based on technical specifications, market benchmarks, legal and regulatory requirements, labeling and marking standards, required product certifications, and internal quality standards.
  • Coordinate technical compliance processes, overseeing PPAP, drawing approvals, and product change agreements. 
  • Respond to requirement violations by coordinating relevant departments to support decision-making and prepare internal action plans.
  • Monitor changes in EU legislation and regulations in other regions where Private Brand products are supplied, and communicate relevant updates to the appropriate internal departments.
  • Search for and negotiate with laboratories for product testing, define test methodologies, prepare testing plans, and follow up on execution and results.
  • Prepare a list of incoming inspection criteria based on technical specifications, legal requirements, market claims, internal quality issues, and implemented product changes.
  • Respond to requests from third parties, including government authorities and customers.

Qualifications

What you bring to the role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949) and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams). 
  • Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, preferably within the components sector. 
  • Strong knowledge of product development processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Certifications in automotive quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) are an advantage.
  • Fluent in Russian; English proficiency at B2+ level.
