About this role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with Deep/Hard-Tech recruitment experience to play a pivotal role in the future of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing global recruitment efforts and collaborating closely with the wider people team, as well as providing the overall recruiting support to the entire organization. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally, leveraging our employer brand on holistic channels to deliver quality pipelines to our open jobs. 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and establish recruitment priorities aligned with business objectives
  • Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical (and some not so technical) roles across multiple teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing timely communication, valuable feedback, and personalized support
  • Stay informed on industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies, identify emerging skill sets, and make data-driven decisions
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to streamline efficiency, improve candidate quality, and enhance the overall recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Be a “People Team” player in helping to execute on broader programs and initiatives across the department

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced, technology-driven scaling environment, with a focus on technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of autonomous robotics, and related technologies is hugely desirable
  • Experience recruiting in Zurich is a must, combined with the broader European tech talent landscape.
  • You have bags of EQ! Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and candidates in an international environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment tools (ATS etc).
  • Strategic  mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach - Speed is life!
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • EU Citizenship required.
