The Financial Co-op position is for students who want to build financial expertise through various projects, contribute to strategic growth, and develop leadership skills within the organization. This role is designed for current college/university students to work year-round, while attending school to finish their degree.
What you’ll do:
- Engage with AT&T’s Finance (FDP), Accounting (ALDP), and Financial Leadership (FLDP) development programs, designed to gain hands-on work experience through various assignments, aimed at developing potential future financial leaders within AT&T and the business community.
- Work on a variety of assigned projects that provide exposure to practical tasks, enhance your education, and prepare for your career.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and supervisors, cultivating essential interpersonal skills for a successful and satisfying career.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the program’s objectives including contributing to process improvements, communicating results to managers and senior leaders, and gaining comprehensive financial experience.

What you’ll need:
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program or higher with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with at least one-year of courses remaining before estimated graduation
- Ability to meet the in-office requirement in Dallas throughout the duration of the position
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Ability to work under detailed supervision and follow outlined procedures, with visibility primarily within the department or region
Our Financial Co-op colleagues earn a rate of $25/hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
