System Administrator
About this role
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user access, security settings, and application management.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems running Windows
- Provide system support for local area networks (LAN) and manage related infrastructure.
- Maintain IT hardware, software, and service inventory across the organization.
- Manage internal help desk operations and coordinate with external IT service providers as needed.
- Support cloud-based business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP) in collaboration with stakeholders.
- FabOps alpha testing, issue reporting, and user coordination
- Assist with server and infrastructure configuration to support enterprise operations.
- Ensure consistent system performance and contribute to ongoing maintenance and improvement efforts.
- 2+ years of experience in IT systems support or administration.
- Laptop, desktop, printer, mobile-device configuration
- Microsoft Windows and MS 365 administration
- Microsoft Azure, React, MS.NET, C#, SQL, Github, Power BI
- AI-assisted software development; problem solving with AI tools
