About this role
- Develop and execute the information systems strategy, priorities, and budget.
- Lead enterprise software development, application architecture, and AI-empowered development practices.
- Lead cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Manage the information systems project portfolio and change governance.
- Assign system ownership, backup coverage, and cross-training.
- Provide executive reporting and coordinate with business departments.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and department documentation.
- Manage technology vendors and strategic technology partnerships.
- Enterprise software architecture and software development leadership
- IT strategy and project management
- Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, and enterprise systems governance.
- Microsoft Azure, React, MS.NET, C#, SQL, GitHub, and Power BI
- AI-empowered software development and AI-driven problem solving

- Experience leading technology initiatives in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
