We're looking for a Regional Engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer relationships to help deliver engineered solutions across Quebec. What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process.
- Develop preliminary designs, evaluate project risks, and define project scope.
- Partner with customers to understand project requirements and recommend engineered solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during design, construction, and installation.
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and project documentation.
- Support product development initiatives and stay current with industry standards.
- Participate in industry events, customer meetings, and technical committees as required.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility to practice.
- Minimum five years of engineering experience, ideally in consulting, infrastructure, technical sales support, or engineered products.
- Strong understanding of structural or civil infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CAD software and engineering design tools.
- Ability to travel throughout the region as required.
- Experience with CRM software is considered an asset.
