Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour + bonus of up to £1.25 per hour
Job Type: Permanent (full-time or part-time)
We are looking for Kitchen Porters to join atis and help us on our mission to create a food company that is different from any other healthy food concept in town.

You’ll thrive here if you have / are:
At least a few months’ experience in or around a professional kitchen, ideally fast-paced and high-volume
Commitment to the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness
You bring positive energy - the kind that keeps the kitchen running smoothly and makes the team feel supported
You show up - reliable, hardworking and ready to go beyond your job description when the team needs it
You obsess over quality - keeping your station immaculate, taking pride in the small details others might overlook
You’re driven and excited by fast pace and constant movement - we don’t sit still - you spot what needs doing and get on with it without being asked
You communicate clearly, openly, directly, and always with kindness. You take accountability - we have no time for blame culture
