Job Title: Foundation Drill Rig Operator
Location: Elk River, MN (Onsite)
Position Overview
A sitework and foundation contractor is hiring a Foundation Drill Rig Operator to run heavy drilling rigs for deep foundations and soil support. You’re expected to operate with precision, uphold safety rigor, and keep equipment productive.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate drill rigs according to project specifications
• Execute drilling tasks with accuracy for foundation and support systems
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Comply with safety protocols at all times
• Document work and daily production

Requirements

 3+ years operating foundation drill rigs or similar heavy equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Commitment to safety and production standards

Preferred Background
• Experience on large civil foundation or sitework projects
