Your Team

Your responsibilities

  • See the big picture – Own the execution of the product vision and roadmap for key products in the portfolio.

  • Ideate - evolve and re-imagine products ensuring resilient and modern functionality is maintained while clearing the way for the next horizon of innovation.

  • Document, own and deliver the strategy for products and services, working closely with engineers and enabling resources.

  • Connect - Develop strong relationships with our business stakeholders and our customers to drive engagement and continuous improvement.

  • Research and learn about our customers and their challenges until they become our own and teach others to adopt a customer mindset.

  • Measure everything – meticulously collect data as a driver for decision making and a lever to unlock performance.

  • Build – work in close partnership with engineering, design and QA teams to deliver frequently, efficiently and safely.

  • Own the solution designs and experimentation process.

  • Own the validation and learning process to ensure solutions are informed and validated as part of our delivery model.

  • Assure, run and manage – support day-to-day product operations by helping maintain backlog hygiene, documentation and operational readiness.

  • Assist with incidents, tickets and issue triage, escalating as required and supporting timely resolution.

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree – Comp Science, Innovation & Product Development, Data, Finance or Tech / Masters +.

  • 5+ years’ experience as a product owner in Financial Services.

  • Financial services, capital markets, product development, engineering and delivery.

  • Stakeholder management, influence and engaging across design, technical and business teams.

  • Product development, design, service design, technical solutions, business analysis.

Nice to have

  • Cloud, Data and AI experience and skills.

  • Direct experience in capital markets.

  • Cloud certification, Business or Product certification.
