JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To go through assignment brief and shoot visuals according to brief & editorial requirements.
- Work & deliver according to Standard Operating Procedures & Standard Work Flow Procedures.
- Produce best quality visuals.
- To suggest shots for news & current affairs programs to the reporter/producer/director & video editor.
- Operate studio camera for news & program according to studio directors requirement.
- To operate sound & lighting for location and studio shoot.
- Basic editing and sending back visuals from location via FTP.
- Assist & support editorial teams of bulletin & non-bulletin shows in terms of visuals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree / Diploma with 3 years working experience in related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in camera operation.
- Experience in camera work in broadcast news or news related programming.
- Timely ability to deliver good quality visuals under pressure.
- Keen interest & understanding of news & current affairs.
- Bilingual – fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good knowledge of latest TV & broadcast technology.
- Meticulous & methodical.
- Good team player.
- Knowledge of technical aspect of camera will be an added advantage.
