JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To achieve this, we need someone who has a knack for solving business problems by harnessing the power of strategic communication, backed by a deep-rooted belief in building long-term brand affinity. You are someone who excels at piecing together consumer insights, specialised in offline media and prudent budget management to strategic investment—but no man is an island. Success relies on a highly collaborative work ethic, bridging internal business units, performance media, sales teams, and external agencies.
What You'll Do:
Prudent Fiscal & Budget Management: Take full ownership of the advertising and promotion (A&P) budget working closely with Head of Group Marketing. You will ensure every dollar is optimized for maximum ROI, balancing aggressive growth targets with disciplined financial oversight.
Strategic Offline Media Planning: Mastermind the strategy, negotiation, and execution of high-impact offline media campaigns (including Radio, Out-of-Home, and Print) to maintain a powerful, ubiquitous brand presence across Malaysia.
Insight-Driven Strategy: Act as the bridge between raw data and actionable strategy. You will partner closely with external research agencies and internal stakeholders to continuous extract market insights, track brand health, and uncover consumer trends that shape future product marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Spearhead bridging between different functions under marketing while seamlessly managing complex stakeholder ecosystems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/media/ marketing related field
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Finance/Media/ Marketing is required
Excellent writing skills in English
Good communication skills in English and BM
Good analysis of campaign performance and prudent finance-budget management
A strong interest/ knowledge in Radio, Music, Entertainment and Lifestyle related content.
