Senior Technical Sourcer
As a Senior Technical Sourcer at Astranis, you will be a specialized, data-driven sourcer that excels in the research, identification, and engagement of high-quality talent. You will partner with our recruiting and hiring teams to drive candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and bring new ideas to overcome our hiring challenges.
Role
- Design and execute scalable, top-of-funnel sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain consistent pipelines to support critical, high-impact hiring needs.
- Leverage data to optimize strategies and evaluate new tools to increase engagement effectiveness.
- Collect market data and build a robust network to increase Astranis's recruitment competitiveness.
- Maintain the ability to pivot quickly between technical disciplines and support diverse roles as business priorities shift.
- Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments.
- A results-oriented sourcer who understands how to scale quality-focused talent strategies.
- Strong understanding of the technical landscape and competitive market.
- A self-driven problem solver with a strong desire to learn, grow, and challenge themselves.
- Comfortable shifting focus between different engineering and production teams with ease.
- Effective spoken and written communication skills with an open-minded approach.
