Manufacturing Engineering Manager (PCBA)
About this role
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager (PCBA) with 5+ years of experience to lead and scale internal PCBA production capabilities for cutting-edge satellite hardware. Champion Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) with design engineering to influence hardware designs for manufacturability
Own the physical production layout, optimizing material flow from receiving through all processes to finished product
Create metrics and tools to monitor production success (yield, on-time delivery) and drive continuous improvement across processes, tooling, and GSE
