Hourly pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 (according to experience)
Work schedule: Full-time. With one week being Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and the following week being Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and the value of their properties by:
- Assisting the lead Maintenance Technician in daily duties
- Completing resident service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
- Maintain grounds, common areas, pools, and building appearance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and clients
- May be required to provide own basic tools (power drill, power saw, screwdrivers, level, hammer, etc.)
- At least 2 years of directly related or closely related experience
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate, climb, and perform work on ladders (1-2 stories) – 24-28ft.
