Production Engineer (DUV Laser system)

About this role
Responsibilities
- Final assembly & validation for DUV Laser systems in cleanroom environment
- Perform system calibration and qualification through functional testing
- Take responsibility for system progress with quality side.
- Point out recurring problems during assembly, calibration and qualification and contributes to their solution
- Interface with internal customers on technical issues and improvement proposal
- Interface with own work center, Manufacturing Engineering on complex technical reduction issues.
- Transfer knowledge and train colleagues on existing and newly introduced products
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities with technical expertise on both products and (SW) tooling
- Use technical knowledge and experience to contribute in production and improvement projects
- Support other functions within the team/department.
- Place safety in the workplace above all else and follow safety guidelines.
- Work overtime and other duties as needed.
- Cleans and maintains work area. (5S)
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above like Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Electric engineering, (Applied) Physics, or comparable.
- 4~6 years of experience in industry or laser products
- Experience in Psychics, Electrical, Mechanical, Optics or related engineering field
- Preferred experience with laser and optic technology and others key modules
- Preferred experiences of NPI & Mass production transfer and process setup
