Warehouse Merchandise Associates are an essential part of delivering the ultimate game day experience for fans. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND ABLE TO WORK EVENTS, INCLUDING LATE NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
- Honesty and integrity in all actions and language
- Must be able to take constructive feedback & make necessary changes
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time, stoop, kneel, walk, lift over your head, bend
- Ability to read, write and take directions in English
- Innovative & self-starter, who can work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work 35-40+ hours weekly
- Flexibility in Duties & responsibilities as needed in other areas
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, stock, and distribute products accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all security, control and safety procedures set by Legends
- Daily pulling of merchandise for remote store locations
- Identify quality control issues
- Comply with warehouse regulations and standards in the daily movement of products
- Maintain supply and equipment storage areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Attend and participate in daily/weekly staff meetings
- Train/coach new associates on warehouse practices and best practices
- Assist with bin location maintenance
- Assist in cycle count procedures using hand-held scanners
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Complete other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required and assigned by supervisor/ manager
