About this role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Program Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working with learners, trainers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered smoothly and professionally.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program Coordination: Coordinate the end-to-end administration and delivery of training programs, workshops, and learning activities.

  • Class Operations: Arrange training schedules, venues, virtual classrooms, learning materials, equipment, and other logistical requirements.

  • Learner Support: Manage learner communications, attendance, registration, course requirements, feedback, and general enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Trainer Coordination: Liaise with trainers and facilitators to confirm schedules, program requirements, materials, and delivery arrangements.

  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Support communication with corporate clients, partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Administration and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate program records, attendance documents, learner files, reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation.

  • Funding and Compliance Support: Assist with SkillsFuture, WSQ, or other training-related administrative and compliance requirements where applicable.

  • Program Improvement: Collect learner and client feedback, monitor program outcomes, and recommend improvements to enhance the participant experience.

  • Event and On-Site Support: Provide on-site or virtual support during classes, events, assessments, and other program activities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, trainers, finance, and operations teams to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and meet business requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Education, Training and Development, Hospitality, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, training administration, education operations, events, customer service, or a related role.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with learners, trainers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including spreadsheets, email, calendars, and document management.

  • Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive, service-oriented, and professional approach when supporting learners and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.

  • Willingness to support occasional evening or weekend programs, events, or activities when required.

  • Experience with SkillsFuture, WSQ, learning management systems, or training administration is an advantage.

CONTRACT DETAILS

  • Contract duration: 1 year.

  • This role is based in Singapore and may require travel between training venues or client locations.
