AI HR Trainer

2.Industry Expertise

•Requirement: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management, Workforce Planning, or Organisation Development with AI application exposure.

•Details:

oPractical knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, L&D, performance management, and manpower planning.

oHands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or DeepSeek to support HR-related decision-making.

oFamiliarity with productivity metrics, skills frameworks, and workforce analytics.

3.Relevant Qualifications

•Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related fields.

•Details:

oACTA/ACLP certification is mandatory.

oProfessional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, IHRP) and/or certification in data analytics or AI applications in HR are advantageous.
