Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Windows 365 Consultant with expertise in Cloud PC technologies, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), endpoint management, and Microsoft Azure services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting enterprise virtual desktop environments using Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (formerly Windows Virtual Desktop), Microsoft Intune, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.

Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage enterprise Cloud PC solutions using Windows 365.
Implement and support Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
Perform migration from on-prem VDI solutions to Azure-based virtual desktop platforms.
Configure and manage device compliance, endpoint security, and application deployment using Microsoft Intune.
Administer and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
Manage user profiles using FSLogix and optimize VDI performance.
Configure Azure networking, identity, storage, and security components.
Implement Conditional Access, MFA, and endpoint protection policies.
Monitor environment health, usage, and security compliance.
Create technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
Provide L2/L3 support for Cloud PC and virtual desktop incidents.
Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with:
Windows 365
Azure Virtual Desktop
Microsoft Intune
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
Understanding of VDI concepts and virtualization technologies.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Familiarity with networking concepts such as VPN, DNS, Load Balancer, and firewalls.
Experience in image management and application packaging.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Microsoft certifications preferred:
Azure Administrator Associate
Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator
Citrix certifications are a plus.
Experience with enterprise cloud transformation projects.
