Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, API testing, performance testing, and Agile software development practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks for web applications and APIs.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Execute API testing using Postman, Insomnia, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Perform performance and load testing using Apache JMeter.
- Analyze application performance, memory utilization, and browser behavior using ANTS Memory Profiler and Chrome DevTools.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test execution.
- Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed test reports, execution summaries, and quality metrics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, and modern application architectures.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
