1..Experience: - Minimum 2 year experience in the UI/UX design field and possess a portfolio that showcases
design work with a good understanding of the UI/UX design process and methodology.
2.Technical Skill: User Interview and Questionnaire skill, Strong attention to detail, Analytical thinking and
problem-solving skill, Usability knowledge and best practices on how users would interact with the UI, Able to
create wireframe, high fidelity, (UI) and icon illustration, Able to create prototype and Design System.
3.Soft Skill: Interpersonal Skill, Analysis & Judgement, Planning & Driving Action, Teamwork Drive, Courage, and
Integrity. Ability to work in a changing and challenging work environment and work well under pressure and have
a high level of motivation."
