Schedule: Day | Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm
How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead & Mentor Daily Operations: Direct daily staffing schedules, coordinate assignments, and foster team growth through hands-on orientation, continuous training, and supportive performance evaluations.
Master Inventory Accuracy: Ensure maximum inventory precision by reviewing final stock counts, conducting random documentation audits, and enforcing strict quality assurance standards.
Optimize Dispatch & Workflow: Actively monitor daily dispatch activities and adjust logistics in real time to guarantee timely, high-quality supply deliveries to clinical units.
Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions: Serve as the main point of contact for internal customer inquiries and supply issues, delivering fast, effective resolutions to keep hospital operations running smoothly.
Maintain Regulatory & Safety Standards: Ensure all departmental workflows strictly align with internal quality benchmarks, organizational policies, and government regulatory requirements.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need
Healthcare Supply Chain & Systems Expertise: Three to five plus years of healthcare supply chain or logistics experience (Bachelor's preferred), with proven proficiency in managing medical inventory, tracking or replenishment systems, and fast-paced distribution.
Proven Supervisory Leadership: 2+ years of experience managing teams, driving operational excellence, and leading staff development, performance evaluations, and customer issue resolution.
