Schedule: Full-time | 4am-12:30pm, 11am-7:30pm, or 3pm-11:30pm
Salary Range: $21.31-$28.84 per hour
How you'll make an impact in this role
- Schedule shifts and orientation shifts based on staffing needs and approved guidelines.
- Monitor schedules and quickly reroute or backfill shifts when cancellations occur.
- Send and track shift confirmations to ensure staff know where and when they are scheduled.
- Communicate staffing changes clearly with float associates and hospital leadership.
- Maintain accurate staffing records and follow established scheduling processes and support a consistent, professional staffing office experience for clinical teams.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable.
What additional requirements you'll need
- 1–3 years of experience in staffing coordination or scheduling
