IT Systems & Support Administrator (m/f/d)

About this role

About the Role

ARX Robotics builds the autonomous ground systems that protect people in the most demanding environments on earth. As our IT Systems & Support Administrator, you sit at the center of that mission - keeping the infrastructure reliable, secure, and ready so our engineers can focus on what matters most.

Based in our Kyiv office and reporting to the Engineering Manager in Germany, you will wear two hats: a trusted local point of contact for the UA team, and a core contributor to our global IT operations. From identity management and endpoint security to on-site hardware and network support, your work directly enables the people building tomorrow's defense technology.

What You'll Build

  • Own the administration of Okta — managing users, groups, and MFA enforcement — alongside Google Workspace, keeping access secure and seamless across the company.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints across all regions using Workspace ONE, ensuring every device is patched, compliant, and protected.

  • Triage, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests through Jira Service Management, turning support tickets into fast, documented solutions.

  • Build and maintain a living knowledge base of technical guides and internal documentation that empowers the whole team.

  • Manage the global IT asset inventory and hardware lifecycle, giving leadership clear visibility into every device across every site.

  • Enforce IT security policies and software deployment standards globally, contributing to a compliance posture that matches the sensitivity of our work.

  • Serve as the primary on-site IT contact in Kyiv — handling hardware setup, OS and application troubleshooting, and physical onboarding and offboarding.

  • Maintain local site infrastructure including Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, and physical security systems, working in close coordination with the HQ Infrastructure Team.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in system administration, identity management, or multi-site IT support.
  • Practical experience with Jira or similar ticketing platforms, and a genuine commitment to clear, useful documentation.
  • Solid administration skills in Google Workspace and Okta (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management).
  • Experience with Workspace ONE or a comparable enterprise MDM solution for software deployment and patch management.
  • Core network troubleshooting skills across TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
  • A strong sense of ownership — you are comfortable working independently under remote management and know when to loop in the team
  • Fluent English, written and spoken. Ukrainian fluency for effective day-to-day support at the Kyiv site.
Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy a flexible balance of 60% working from home and 40% on-site collaboration from our Kyiv office.
  • Opportunity to work with a highly innovative, international, and dynamic team
  • Room for professional growth and development
  • Participation in the company's success, with access to regular events, knowledge exchange and meetups
