Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and implement complex SEO and web analytics strategies to enhance digital visibility and performance
  • Optimize websites and landing pages for search engines, including on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO initiatives, and in-depth keyword research
  • Develop content marketing strategies and continuously optimize SEO-relevant content with a strong focus on storytelling, in close collaboration with marketing teams
  • Analyze the performance of digital marketing activities and create, maintain, and enhance automated KPI-based reports and dashboards for websites, apps, and landing pages using Google Looker Studio
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders across the EMEA region on all aspects of Search Engine Management
  • Build and maintain a strong network of internal stakeholders throughout EMEA and with international cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate within global, agile project teams consisting of Product Owners, Project Managers, Web Developers, Web Designers, and Content Marketing Specialists
  • Identify emerging trends and developments in Google tools, SEO, and analytics, and translate insights into optimization initiatives
  • Continuously improve existing processes and workflows to ensure efficient and successful SEO and campaign execution
  • Work closely with global analytics teams to optimize and expand existing reporting and dashboard solutions
  • Take ownership of achieving defined and measurable objectives and ensure transparent performance tracking of implemented initiatives

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience (minimum three years) in SEO, web analytics, and tracking
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Looker Studio
  • Extensive experience in search engine optimization, web analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard SEO tools and platforms
  • Proven track record in the development, implementation, and optimization of SEO strategies and digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and data-driven analysis
  • Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and a structured, results-oriented approach to work
  • Strong networking mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships within an international organization
  • Serves as a role model within the team through professional excellence, engagement, and collaborative working practices
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
