Dein Aufgabenbereich
- Schriftliche und telefonische Kundenbetreuung und Beratung
- Erfassen, bearbeiten und verrechnen sämtlicher DLS-Aufträge
- Organisation und Koordination von Instrumenten und Implantaten für geplante Operationen
- Erfassen von Reklamationen
- Erstellen von RMA-Dokumenten bei verrechneten Leihsendungen
- Betreuung der Aussendienstmitarbeitenden
- Unterstützung in der Koordination von First-User und Longterm Phasen
- Fachliche Betreuung der Lernenden im Loan Service Center
Dein Profil
Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und überzeugst durch deine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung. Dank deiner sehr guten MS-Office-Kenntnisse arbeitest du effizient und strukturiert. Erfahrung mit SAP und CRM-Systemen ist von Vorteil. Du arbeitest selbständig, sorgfältig und zuverlässig, denkst vernetzt und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick. Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch-, gute Französisch- und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch runden dein Profil ab.
