About this role
1. Social Media Design
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Threads.
- Create carousel posts, static posts, story creatives, and promotional banners.
- Design engaging visuals aligned with the brand guidelines.
2. YouTube & Video Assets
- Design attractive YouTube thumbnails with high CTR potential.
- Create video covers, end screens, and channel artwork.
- Design promotional assets for Shorts and Reels.
3. Website & Landing Pages
- Design banners, icons, illustrations, and promotional sections for the website.
- Create visuals for landing pages and course pages.
- Support the UI/UX team with marketing design assets.
4. Performance Marketing Creatives
- Design Google Display Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising creatives.
- Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing.
- Optimize creatives based on campaign performance insights.
5. Branding & Marketing Collaterals
- Design brochures, flyers, standees, certificates, event backdrops, and presentation templates.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing and branding materials.
- Ensure all designs adhere to ArivuPro's brand identity.
6. Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the SEO, Social Media, Content, and Video teams.
- Convert blog articles into engaging infographics and social media creatives.
- Support campaign launches with complete creative assets.
7. AI & Design Tools
- Utilize AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and emerging creative technologies.
8. File Management
- Organize design files and maintain version control.
- Ensure all editable source files are properly archived.
- Maintain a shared asset library for the marketing team.
