What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the complete project planning cycle for games produced by the India team, from concept alignment and prioritization to production, testing, approvals, and handover readiness.
  • Define and supervise project timelines, results, dependencies, risks, and key decisions across all active India roadmap initiatives.
  • Ensure project plans are realistic, clearly communicated, and aligned with business priorities, studio capacity, and delivery expectations.
  • Coordinate with delivery, QA, product, game development, development, art, math, and other relevant functions to support smooth execution and readiness for handover.
  • Supervise resource allocations across multiple parallel projects and highlight capacity gaps and over-allocations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure documentation of roadmap priorities, project scope, schedules, achievements, risks, dependencies, decisions, and handover readiness is accurate and regularly updated.
  • Prepare regular roadmap, project status, risk, and resource reports for leadership and key participants.
  • Support consistent project governance, including planning standards, tracking templates, reporting rhythms, and processes for handling blocking issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement in roadmap planning, communication, tracking accuracy, transparency, and execution efficiency.
  • Partner with studio leadership and functional leads to support prioritization decisions, roadmap trade-offs, and capacity planning.
  • Analyze project risks and prioritization.
  • Drive effective communication of issues and risks to collaborators.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of demonstrated ability as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Producer, or similar role, ideally within gaming, software development, iLottery, digital products, or creative technology environments.
  • Proven experience handling game or software development roadmaps, including project planning, tracking, resource coordination, and collaborator communication.
  • Experience working with distributed teams, offshore teams, cross-functional development teams, or external partners is highly preferred.
  • Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in software engineering, project management, IT, or another related field.
  • Proficient with project execution methodologies.
  • PMP / Prince Certification is preferred.
  • Good understanding of various tools viz. JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerBI, Smartsheet.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Competence and demeanor for working in a Matrix organization.
  • Build a positive, collaborative working environment.
  • Solid interpersonal skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
