As a Service Support Representative, you will be at the heart of our mission, ensuring flawless operations of our Multi-Site Progressives (MSP) systems and Downloadable Gaming Services. What You'll Do

  • Process, track, and coordinate Material Transfer Orders to support field operations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive operational excellence.

  • Provide professional support to internal and external customers through email and telephone communications.

  • Analyze MTO workflows, trends, and provide regular feedback and recommendations to leadership.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while balancing organizational objectives, compliance requirements, and cost controls.

  • Manage assigned work queues to meet service-level agreements, quality standards, and performance metrics.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to established procedures and policies.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Education preferred , or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Experience in inventory control in a manufacturing facility (Preferred)

  • Experience with an ERP work order management system (Preferred)

  • Experience operating in a heavily regulated environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of sales order and configuration systems.

  • Windows desktop experience.

  • Ability to multitask and implement great time management skills, following the order of importance.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and be team-oriented. (must have)

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay Range

$18.00 - $27.30 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
