This newly created role represents a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Aristocrat Interactive's regulated gaming expansion.

The Commercial Director – New Zealand & Emerging Markets will provide dedicated commercial leadership for Aristocrat's entry into the New Zealand online gaming market—one of the most important strategic growth opportunities for the business. New Zealand will serve as a blueprint for future regulated market expansion, making this role highly visible and influential within the organization. You will be responsible for end-to-end commercial performance, ensuring successful market entry, strong operator partnerships, flawless execution, and alignment across multiple cross-functional teams. Beyond New Zealand, this role is designed to expand in scope as Aristocrat continues to enter new regulated markets, helping replicate best practices and drive scalable, sustainable growth across our global expansion efforts.

Working with some of the industry's largest operators and most respected gaming brands, you will build executive relationships, influence commercial strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and play a key role in one of the industry's most exciting growth stories.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain connections with important strategic operator accounts.

• Drive account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and new market opportunities.

• Develop and deliver tailored strategic proposals, leading the full commercial lifecycle.

• Achieve revenue targets and deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

• Conduct regular tracking, reporting, and analysis of important metrics.

• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and planning sessions with customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery against agreed benchmarks.

• Deliver industry-leading content launch programs to accelerate market share growth.

• Partner with various departments to align customer needs with our capabilities.

• Coordinate issue resolution and ensure seamless operational performance.

• Identify and coordinate customer training requirements to improve product adoption.

• Represent Aristocrat Interactive at key industry events as a leader with a point of view.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a senior commercial role within iGaming, Betting, or Gaming.

• Proven track record managing Tier-1 global operator relationships.

• Deep understanding of the regulated iGaming landscape.

• Experience in leading and developing commercial talent.

• Excellent collaborator management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong personal network of Operators and Suppliers within the iGaming industry.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Regular travel to meet customers will be encouraged

• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desirable.
