Job DetailsJob Location: Syracuse - Syracuse , NY 13205Position Type: Per DiemEducation Level: NoneSalary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 HourlyIndera is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Syracuse area with a young man who requires assistance. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff to provide him with support and assist him with maintaining his independence both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with independent living skills and communication/socialization skills.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus. Reliable transportation and a HS diploma/GED are required. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Work hours include Thursdays & Fridays: 12pm – 2/3pm, shifts are approximately 2 hours. Flexibility is a plus. The pay rate is $25 per hour. Indera is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Qualifications
Must have a valid drivers license
Effective communication and organizational skills required.
Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
